The 156-key hotel welcomes guests with a tastefully decorated first-floor waterfront lobby entrance that also serves as the entrance to La Jetée, the on-site restaurant.
Residence Inn by Marriott | Harbor Point
Complementing the residences of Allied | Harbor Point in an adjacent building will be a flagship Residence Inn by Marriott extended stay hotel. Scheduled to deliver in 2027, the 152-key hotel will feature high-end design, large and comfortable rooms, and modern amenities.
The hotel entrance and a signature restaurant/bar will both integrate with Allied Row, a vibrant new pedestrian plaza that will branch off the existing streetscape with retail and restaurant space in an inviting, open-air setting.
