Marta al Mare
Chef Matthew Oetting is expanding his acclaimed Marta restaurant to Harbor Point, but with a few new twists.
Marta al Mare will serve guests American cuisine with an Italian soul. In addition to the classic dishes and signature hand-shaped pasta that made the original Marta an instant hit in Baltimore, the menu at Marta al Mare will boast a seasonal seafood-forward approach. You can expect dishes such as Lobster Saltimbocca, Toro Arancini, and whole grilled Turbot.
Also new at Marta al Mare will be an expanded brunch menu, available six days a week. Guests can expect a robust menu of familiar brunch dishes with a modern Italian twist, as well as more decadent offerings, such as caviar omelets, croissant waffles, and a “fork and knife” burger that is not to be missed.
Further seeking to create an authentic coastal dining experience right on the harbor, Marta al Mare will have an expansive outdoor dining area that overlooks the 4.5-acre Point Park and offers stunning waterfront views.

Sartori
Sartori, a new Italian concept from Baltimore restaurateur Edward Bosco (Verde), will debut at Harbor Point in 2026 at the Constellation Building.
Dishes at Sartori will be prepared using traditional Italian methods with reasonable portions, lighter sauces, and higher-quality ingredients. Open for lunch and dinner, Sartori’s initial menu will feature the pizza that made Verde a local sensation, as well as pasta, sandwiches, and proteins.
“What we know is pizza, and that’s going to remain a focal point, but Sartori will not be another Verde,” said Bosco. “Expect a menu that’s tastefully different, fully bringing the culture and flavors of Italy to Baltimore. We will gradually evolve Sartori’s menu to make sure we’re always executing at the highest level, and we won’t compromise on technique or ingredients.”
