Sartori Announced for Harbor Point
New restaurant from the creator of Verde is set to arrive at the Constellation Building next year.
Sartori, a new Italian concept from Baltimore restaurateur Edward Bosco (Verde), will debut at Harbor Point in a joint announcement made today by Beatty Development and Armada Hoffler. The restaurant will lease 3,364 square feet of space in the Constellation Building with a tentative opening scheduled for Spring 2024.
Sartori, which takes its name from Bosco’s maternal side, will serve dishes prepared using traditional Italian methods with reasonable portions, lighter sauces, and higher quality ingredients. Open for lunch and dinner, Sartori’s initial menu will feature the pizza that made Verde a local sensation, as well as pasta, sandwiches, and proteins. Bosco and business partner Bo Forrest plan to steadily grow the menu over time, always utilizing fresh house-made ingredients including dough, cheese, and sauces.
“What we know is pizza and that’s going to remain a focal point, but Sartori will not be another Verde,” said Bosco. “Expect a menu that’s tastefully different, fully bringing the culture and flavors of Italy to Baltimore. We will gradually evolve Sartori’s menu to make sure we’re always executing at the highest level, and we won’t compromise on technique or ingredients.”
Positioned at a highly visible corner of the Constellation Building that faces the grassy Central Plaza, Sartori will feature two pizza ovens in an open kitchen setting with an additional mezzanine for private gatherings and events. Intimate, experience-driven events such as pizza making classes and wine tastings and pairings are also part of the long-term plans for the restaurant. Catering and delivery will also be available.
Bosco and Forrest envision Sartori as an approachable but heightened dining experience. Adds Bosco: “The experience starts the minute you walk up. How does the restaurant look from outside? When you enter, what do you see, what do you hear, what do you smell? The meal is a social event. Our job at Sartori is to create an engaging, warming place where you can walk in, forget about life for a while, and immerse yourself in the surroundings.”

Sartori will join a diverse tenant mix at the Constellation Building (formerly the Exelon Building) that includes west elm, Ceremony Coffee Roasters, honeygrow, Breathing Dragon Yoga, Inspire Nail Bar & Spa, and Resistance Cycle. Opened in 2016 at Harbor Point, the Constellation Building serves as the headquarters of Constellation Energy and a regional office for the Exelon Corporation. Located at 1310 Point Street, the mixed-use building also includes 40,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level, the 103 residences of 1305 Dock Street, and a 750-car parking garage.
Located along Baltimore’s scenic waterfront between Harbor East and Fell’s Point, Harbor Point is a 27-acre mixed-use neighborhood with a planned three million square feet of office, retail, residential, and hotel uses, as well as 9.5 acres of open space.
