Now Open: The Chicken Lab

The Chicken Lab is now open at Harbor Point! The Chicken Lab specializes in South Korean gang-jeong crispy chicken, where pieces of double deep-fried chicken are stir-fried and mixed with sweet and spicy sauce, vegetables, and fried rice cake. Every dish is created using only fresh ingredients, and many of the offerings are made in-house from scratch, including the sauces, coleslaw, and pickles. The new grab-and-go location will be open for lunch and dinner, with an initial menu that also features rice bowls, sandwiches, and salads.
