Come one, come all to a special carnival-inspired Harbor Point Ice Festival! The Central Plaza at Harbor Point will transform into an icy wonderland, featuring spectacular live carvings, frosty fun, and unforgettable moments featuring boutique circus performances and roaming attractions throughout the day.

Admission
There is NO admission fee to attend the Ice Festival. Food and drink are available for purchase separately.
Parking
Take advantage of our convenient $10 parking offer right at Harbor Point! Available on the day of the event at the Allied (Pink) Garage and Purple Lot. Please note the $10 rate is only applicable during posted event hours.
ADA Accessibility
Discounted ADA-accessible parking/access to the Central Plaza is available in the Lower Constellation (Red) Garage.
Restrooms
Portable restrooms will be available on-site for use during the event. Restrooms inside nearby shops and restaurants are reserved for store patrons only.
Strollers
The Ice Festival is a family-friendly event; strollers are welcome.
Dogs
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome to attend the Ice Festival.
