Brokerage – Professional Liability Insurance

The Professional Liability team at Alterra Specialty offers cover on a selective basis across certain specified professions and exposures. They are dedicated to providing creative E&O insurance solutions that respond to your client’s often unique requirements.

Preferred Classes of Business:

• Architects & Engineers – up to $15 million in receipts
• Lawyers – up to 35 attorneys on staff
• Miscellaneous E&O – there are many classes including consultants, mortgage brokers, actuaries, safety training, and construction managers, testing labs, public relations firms, financial consultants, landsman, marine surveyors and many more.
• Insurance Agents – up to $75 million in gross written premium in the agency
• More E&O coverages will be added soon

Capacity Utilization

• Working capacity is $5,000,000.
• Limits available for either primary or excess opportunities.
